February 2011 is already here and this month there are plenty of tech and startup events in the city of Austin, TX. I am happy to see that Austin is really becoming a great place for techies and tech startups. There are many opportunities for techies looking for jobs and many opportunities for the entrepreneur minded. Just look at some of the events this month, there are plenty of events to attend this month and I am not even including the monthly meetups and user groups or this list would be very long… I have not been able to go to many events in the past few weeks so I hope to attend more events this month and hopefully catch up with some of you at some of this month’s events.

The Austin Entrepreneur Network (AEN) will be hosting a Life Science Funding Forum on February 3rd, 2011 that will include pitch presentations in front of a panel of investors that are seeking to fund life science companies.
The event is open to any entrepreneurs that want to observe the pitch process.
